Our Manazir team member Laura Hindelang has been appointed Assistant Professor of Architectural History and Preservation at University of Bern, Department of Art History. While the teaching of the chair will cover the history, theory and historiography of architecture from the medieval period to the present day, Laura Hindelang’s activities will especially highlight the architectural histories of the MENA region, the current debate on “Baukultur”, as well as interdisciplinary approaches of Gender Studies and Environmental Humanities in the upcoming semesters.
